"Please do not go here. There is a new provider and new nurses, they are incredibly careless and incompetent. They told me they were testing me for both COVID and Flu (I was symptomatic for a few days), they did not, they only had tested me for Flu. The provider told me I had a sinus infection but on discharge paperwork she wrote ear infection. The next day I tested myself for COVID and was positive. I called to inform them and ask for guidance on the medication since I obviously would've tested positive if they had tested me. She talked in circles and could not give me an answer. By far the worst provider I have ever seen. AND as an additional FYI: This provider also cannot do stitches or DOT physicals so you will need to go elsewhere for those too... they were turning down a lot of walk-ins for those reasons."

"I can't describe to you how wonderful this service was here. It was a long wait but well worth it. Everyone was so caring and even loving. It was what I needed because I've been so depressed and under the weather for months now. I'm going to drop some names here. Thanks to medical assistants Divya, Charlene and Carla. And a special thanks to the doctor Danielle doing such an amazing job touching her patients hearts as well as their souls. I've never met a doctor like her and the comfort she brought me was more than I ever could have hope for. And one final note to front desk. I purposefully left their names off because you don't know what a patient is going through so be nice to them and always lend a helping hand and answer every phone call that comes in. Don't pass your work to someone else. Thank you so much everyone else!"

"The receptionist, Jamie, was so polite and calm when dealing with the fast paced environment and other irate patients. She was extremely professional and proactive at helping in all the ways she was able for each person. The wait was long, and she also offered water and popsicles to everyone waiting. The MA was upbeat and positive when dealing with my daughter and helped her to be calm during her visit. She was very thorough in the assessment and willing to go out of her way to get a smile out of her and make her feel better. The provider, Linda, was very helpful in her assessment, as well. She was very polite and quick, but touched all basis needed. These ladies did a fantastic job!"

"Came on a Sunday afternoon for my husband’s cough. This place is AMAZING ❣️ Jamie, the receptionist, was beyond helpful and patient. Linda, our NP, was thorough, kind and friendly. Hannah and Laurie- Med Assistants, were prompt, courteous and professional. Glen, the X-ray Tech, was very patient walking with my husband. He was attentive and kind, as well as professional. I will be using this medical facility for all future urgent care needs."
