"After going here for years and finding a treatment that works for me they informed that they will no longer accept my insurance. Even had the nerve to ask me to change insurance companies. I get my insurance through work so that’s not happening. They said well you can come here and see the doctor but it will be out of network. You can get labs done at labcorp. And you can get your shot administered at another location. Excuse me, it’s hard enough to get off work to come for my shot every month. Let alone all of this mess. I decided after much deliberation to do at home injections. DISASTER. It hurt like hell and was over an hours worth of phone calls on two different occasions just to get it all set up. Not happy."
"Dr. Duc is the absolute best. Best feeling is having a doctor that genuinely cares and takes the time to listen to you. Since I started seeing him about 3 years ago, he has been SO helpful with managing my rheumatoid arthritis and helping me feel better. I started seeing him when I was at my worst. Although it takes time with trial and error for autoimmune diseases, he has always had a plan in action for what is best for ME & he has gotten to a point where I feel so much better! I am thankful for his time, patience and understanding. Wonderful doctor!! Thank you Dr. Duc!!"
"The front office staff are very nice and kind when you come into the office. I see Dr. Kumar he is a great doctor! Very knowledgeable, takes time to explain things very well so you understand and he listens to your concerns. He truly cares for his patients, I can not say anything bad about this whole office or staff. Great experience and would highly recommend this practice"
"I have been a patient for 5 years. Dr Lawson and his staff are always kind and patient with me. The wait times are always very reasonable. I feel that Dr Lawson knows me and what I need. his support team is also very caring, especially Lily."
"The front desk associate was really nice and helpful. The nurse that took was vitals was very friendly as well. However Dr.Hill was very short and cold. She didn't seem to care about what I had to say. I felt offended when she asked if I was a single mom just because I'm not married. My significant other and I have been in a relationship for 8 years! Then after her telling me theres nothing wrong, she sends me to have blood drawn. The lady comes out and her first words are what is your doctors name. No hey how are you. Such a waste of time, gas, and copay!"
