"I was on vacation visiting family and became sick with a sinus infection. I did a telehealth CVS call. It took about 30 mins from signing up to completion of online visit. I was greeted online very kindly, very professional, very patient with my explanations, asked many questions and she (Dr. Molly S.)did online exam. I was very happy with the level of care and concern expressed. Thank you!"
"I was sick with a sinus infection, and was told that I would not receive antibiotics because too many prescriptions nationwide have been written?? Took my four-year-old there for an ear infection, and was told there is nothing wrong with her. We got her in to see her Doctor the next day and she had a severe ear infection. I would recommend that you go to Travelers Rest ER clinic."
"No clue what’s happened with this Minute Clinic but apparently the televisits are national. I’ve been sick for FOUR days with a sore throat and thick congestion and the ‘dr’ says I have to wait until Monday and PAY for another visit to get an antibiotic. I have never heard of such BS. This is clearly not viral. Never again."
"Woke up with a low grade fever and white patches on one side of my throat. Went here to get tested for strep and the rapid strep test came back negative. I was told my white patches wasn't bad and the NP has seen worse. Went home and thought maybe I was overreacting because my mother and I thought my entire throat was inflamed and looked gross. Woke up Tuesday with a 101 fever and white patches completely covering the other side and red dots. My mother took me to urgent care in cherrydale and the NP there said it was the worse tonsillitis she saw and immediately prescribed me antibiotics. Also, I complained about having issues with my bladder not emptying at CVS mintue clinic and it was brushed off and told to get a obgyn. Urgent care in cherrydale gave me resources and references for a obgyn did a full pelvic exam, urine sample and told me I did indeed have a Uti. I will not be going back to this CVS mintue clinic which sucks because when I had covid in July; they were very resourceful and helpful. This time the NP at cherrydale said I could have ended up in the hospital due to their neglect and that the NP should have ran other test when my strep test was negative."
"Yes there was a little of a wait time but they were busy and people can be impatient. I do want to say it was worth my wait because the doctor Miss Kelly took great care of me. She tested me for everything to MAKE SURE I was taken care of properly. She answered my hundreds of questions and really helped me. I am so thankful for her actually caring about patients needs and is thorough. She is just fantastic!"
