"Would give this place zero stars if possible. I took my push mower to have the carburetor fixed about 2 months ago. I have been out there in person and called the owner is never there. They don't answer the phone either or return calls. Everytime I go to try to get my mower back I just get the run around. The worker that is there isn't authorized by the owner to do anything really. Be aware if you decide to go here."

"Does not answer phone. Went in person, they sold me blades for my mower that did not fit correctly, after giving exact specifications. Does not answer phone, so drove out again and they were closed for spring break, no warning when I was there the previous week, no modified hours on google, and no modified phone message. Went back again the next week and returned blades. Owner confirmed the center hole was off by a little. He offered to file paint off inside of hole but I wanted a refund instead. He did not refund the entire amount, must have charged me a 10% restocking fee. In my opinion you should avoid business with this guy. I understand the blades being off, but that is not my fault. Why charge me a restocking fee? I am trying to support a local business and for doing so I have been penalized $25-ish dollars by time you figure gas and a restocking fee, not to mention the 1.5 hours of my time. Avoid avoid avoid, you would be better off dealing with someone who actual wants and needs your business."

"I went in today to ask about a spindle for my Craftsman z560. I was thinking that I would have to spend a $100 for a new maintenance free one. After Byron took the time to answer my questions, He saved me some money by replacing the shaft only. He placed the order for me and it will be here Tuesday. Byron was very professional and showed he cared about how to help the customer. He even took a moment to show me how it was done on another spindle. I haven't seen service like that in a while. Definitely, five stars! I will be using them again. David"

"I dropped my mower off for repair and left the key in it. After I picked it up and got it home, I realized they had kept my key. I had to make another trip back to get another one. I left my electric start generator there because it wouldn't start. They loaded it on my trailer and then told me that the battery was still dead. Why would you tell me my electric start generator was fixed when you know it won't start? Not a single apology about wasting my time. I tried to explain as nicely as I possibly could that maybe they should check to make sure it's fully fixed so we're not wasting each other's time. No response at all. I really got the impression that he didn't care. I try to patronize the small businesses but the service here is really bad."

"I couldn't have been happier with the customer service I received! I went to Craps Small Engine Repair to have my mower repaired. I thought (not knowing too much about mowers myself) the problem was larger than it actually was. Their honesty saved me money. I have used them numerous since and it was always a pleasant experience."
