Lighthouse Baptist Church

Lighthouse Baptist Church is a place of worship located at 23994 U.S. 221 in Enoree, South Carolina. Our institution offers quality education centered on God's word and His Son Jesus Christ. We are dedicated to preaching the Book, the Blood, and the Blessed Hope. Lighthouse Christian Academy, a part of our church, welcomes students and teachers for a year of learning, growing, and spiritual blessings. Our academy prioritizes Christ in education and upholds high educational standards to help students build knowledge, skill, and character.

Founded by Dr. Alvin E. Wilson in 1982, Lighthouse Baptist Church has been serving the community for over 37 years. We are located just three miles from the Wal-mart Distribution Center in the Ora Community of Laurens County. In 2001, we established Lighthouse Christian Academy, offering K4-12th grade education with A Beka and ACE curriculum options. Our school also provides athletic programs such as volleyball, basketball, and cheerleading. LCA is a proud member of the South Carolina Association of Christian Schools (SCACS) and Grace Association of Private Schools (GAPS).

At Lighthouse Baptist Church, we are actively involved in nursing home ministries, outreach programs, youth ministries, and our Christian day school. We support over 30 missionary families and ministries worldwide. Our institution is open to students of all races and backgrounds, welcoming diversity and inclusion in our educational programs.
