"If Slow customer service was a business. Entered and no-one attended to us for 5 mins. Ready to go and then he was ready to assist us. Went in to replace a mower belt. Dropped off on Monday would order belt and get it in on Tues was what I was informed. Tues came and went, called thurs they was calling me back. Never called back. Went to pickup mower minus the belt. Do not know if the belt was even ordered as I was told. Found another repair shop and it was replaced in one day. He even delivered it back to the house."

"Knowledgeable, professional, very personable experience that I had. Being that I’m a newbie in the CSRA region, I didn’t want to spend a ton on a new mower, since I have a decent electric in storage back in FL. The daughter of the owner shared that the recently had lost her uncle and her dad was taking some time off as s result. Let me tell you, she knows her stuff. Dad must be proud. The best part she found a “like new” model in the back and made me a very affordable deal."

"Owner is horrible. You bring something to him it takes him weeks to repair it. If you give it to him go buy a new one so you can do your yard while you wait on your other one.
