"The staff at this clinic is very friendly, kind and professional BUT they need to talk to the pharmacy receptionist because she is NOT Customer Service at all, not friendly, she speaks to people with an attitude and very serious, I think that to be in that position she should be a little more Nicer and Friendly, right? Not with that face of hatred. I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for her."

"It may be a neighborhood clinic but you have some of the best professional hands you can be in there. My OB/Gyn has been Valerie McGowan for almost 16 years plus now and she is one of the best to ever come across for women's health. I'm gonna always miss nurse weenie being there but she is now at Gadsden Elementary and now they are blessed to have a very great school nurse. They give you call,text, or E-mail reminders of your appointment. They send out check up notification times that are to be coming up for you or your children. The nutritionist is very helpful and gives you insight on things that you can do healthy with your children from food to exercise. Love how professional and intelligent they are plus my children aren't even scared to see pediatrics and take their shots without too much of a problem because of how the nurses and doctors do their jobs great with children and that is the best thing."

"The front desk staff is extremely unpleasant. I’ve had three recent visits with three different check-in ladies, and they were all very rude. They act as if you are bothering them by being there, which is the last thing someone needs when they are not feeling well. The two doctors I saw were both to the point and spent little time with me. I understand it is a clinic, but I paid for my visit, and I don’t feel that I received the service I should have. The one thing I will say is that the nurses that I had during my visits were very nice, helpful and really seemed to care. Unfortunately that did not outweigh the dismissive doctors and the miserable front desk staff."
