"Very slow service, my grandmother showed up for her 10 am appointment at 9 am and didn’t get her procedure done until 5 pm! When I expressed my concern to the nursing staff their response was it’s Monday and it’s always busy like this! Why book so many appointments if you know Monday’s are this hectic? I’m very disappointed in this facility and how they conduct business!"

"This place is super slow. I think they book way to many patients and you sit and wait in a waiting room, no TV the vending machine is off and they don’t even tell you theirs a long wait unless you ask I’ve been here for two hours already and still waiting. A patient here on a stretcher has been here 3 1/2 hours and still have not been seen. The receptionist needs to speak up, can’t hear her from the noise in the lobby, the face mask and plexi glass. I drove two and half hours from Fayetteville for this appointment. Don’t think I will be back, reading other peoples reviews you said they’ve been here more than once and still waited almost 3 hours. I gave one star just so I could leave a review, but if I could it would be a HUGE NEGATIVE. I recommend you going somewhere else if you are able to. POOR BUSINESS."

"Slow…. Very slow. I have been here twice with my grandmother both times we arrived 15-20 minutes before the appointment time and both times she was not called back until almost 2-3 hours after. The lady at check in seems like a nice person however she speaks so quietly that you can’t understand anything she says, which makes things even more complicated when she’s wanting you to sign things. I understand that you are required to wear a mask and that the plexiglass makes hearing difficult but speaking up so that a older person can hear you isn’t asking that much. Overall service is SLOW but the staff is NICE. The quality of care is also good or We wouldn’t be sitting through this again. So just make sure you bring a pillow and snacks for the waiting room you’re gonna need them."

"I cant lie the wait is kinda long BUT the staff is grade A++. I was sent here all the way from Atlanta and they didnt disappoint, surgery and recovery went well and I'm happy."
