"I purchased two bracelets and was thinking of getting a ring! however, the quality of their metals and the hardware is not up to their prices. Hardware breaks and if you go to the store for a repair they don't make an effort to look at it. They simply say: "you need to purchase a new hardware" - I have taken both pieces of jewelry to them, I could not wear them because they kept falling off my wrist. They took them and never called me back. After 2 weeks, I called, and they said they did not think anything was wrong. On top of it, the lady was rude speaking with me as if I was not truthful about my issues with the bracelet. I decided to pick up the piece and never wore again. Don't waste your money! buy jewelry at Mejuri, or any other place. I am sorry for the money and time I wasted with Anna Jewelly."
