"This jewelery store has absolutely amazing pieces at a great price compared to most jewelery stores in NYC. I was there to see some engagement rings and Eddie really went above and beyond to help me find a timeless piece that will forever stay with me. He was patient and very knowledgeable and offered me great advice as this is something very important to me and my fiance. Although it was a busy day in his store, he had excellent rapor with each one of us that day in his store. I came back with my fiance the next day and got the engagement ring I had fallen in love with the day prior. Thank you Eddie, I am forever grateful to you!!!"

"We bought a very pretty diamond ring, however, after less than a year one of the diamonds fell out. This business repaired it and the repair was TERRIBLE. I had another jeweler look at the ring and they state the diamond they replaced it with is smaller than the original, and they noted several of the other diamonds were actually set with epoxy!!! Several of the prongs were loose and many diamonds were standing on their sides, just waiting to fall out. Since then I have lost another diamond from the setting. The man who helped me was rude when I challenged him about my ring. Also the "appraisal" which was given to us was a joke! several other jewelers said it was a generic appraisal and basically states they won't stand behind anything they put on it. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but this company has not responded to the complaint yet. That should tell you something. I will not recommend this company to any of my friends, co-workers, family or acquaintances and will advise them to steer clear of this one!!!"
