"Ordered a specific line from them, never got the correct one until the 3rd time. When I finally got the correct merchandise, it was defective and not properly designed (there were intricate lines and they seemed sloppy, not rich linear as shown on photo). Returned the item refund, was told they never received the return. That they way I sent it was not the correct way. I was not given specific return instructions when I emailed and got an answer to return the merchandise. Anyway, disputed with my bank, 3 months later I was returned my money. Just make sure you document everything if dealing with the company directly or go buy at the a reputable responsible store."
