"I have tried for 3 weeks to get someone to come and measure for a Carpet Estimate (not a small job). Each time some reason was given and finally it was Everyone is out with the flu this week. Hard to complain about that type of Mass Epidemic, but as Nice as Tabatha was in person you would think a call back or reschedule was in the professional cards. I wasted three weeks trying to get my whole house carpeted, but alas I had to use someone from Athens, GA. To top it off I tried to make one final phone call today and requested Tabatha and after the phone allowed me to hear all the conversations for over 30 minutes. I realized I was the dumb one for trying to get service when it was unavailable."
