"Used online in-store pickup for a couple of items. Website states that the order is usually ready in 30 minutes, so after 1 hour passed with no notification of being ready I went to the E Greenville St store. The employee told me that they didn't have one of the items in stock even though the website said "in stock" and I had already paid for it--no text or phone call either so a wasted trip. He also told me that the online inventory is usually wrong anyway. So I had him refund my money and left. The fact that their inventory is incorrect makes "In Store Pickup" COMPLETELY useless since your PREPAID order is based on your order items BEING IN STOCK. Not saying I won't go to Advance AP any more but I'll never use in-store pickup with them again."

"Let these folks take care of all your car needs. We all should try to save as much as we can in this world. I try to work on my vehicle myself do to these mechanics out here ripping everyone off and keeping your vehicle for weeks at a time until your turn in line finally comes. To much hassle if I can do it myself with all I need from Advance Auto Parts and a simple YouTube video. Never doubt what you can do when you believe in your own abilities."
