"Not just about landscaping! The employees care about people. I pulled into the business to check out a problem with one of my tires; it had thrown four lug nuts. Instead of calling a tow, Parker and Nick took care of me. In the humid heat of the day, they removed one lug from each of the other tires, jacked up my car, and secured my loose tire. "Yesterday, I purchased 230 bales of pine straw to be delivered. For 10 years, I have been able to cover my beds with 210-230 bales. The bales were so small that I now need to purchase another 30 bales. The same landscaper has been doing them the entire 10 years. I contacted Collins and they offered to waive the delivery fee but charge me for the additional bales. I declined the offer and purchased them from another source. I simply want the public to check out the bale size prior to purchase."
