"I'm a total disabled person and some times it's impossible for me to go n cash my SSI check and I've tried to put it as direct deposit but there's some type of porblem that doesn't allow me to do it, I've asked them if I can send my home attendant to cash it for me with my IDs and a letter so she can cash it for me I've been a customer for years at this location and they have seen me how I've gotten worse n worse plus I'm homebound by the city so I can't understand why there is no type of help for the disabled like today had to go cash a check n couldn't go cause of server pain due to the weather and because it was going to rain so I'm stuck now please try n address this matter to help the disabled"
"If I could give 0 starts I would! The representative there today July 12, 2020 @12:30pm was so rude to the customer in front of me! The man could not speak English and she gave him a nasty attitude and just kept saying "I don't what you're saying, get someone who can help you' instead of trying to get him the assistance he needed! When it was my turn to go up she had the nerve to say "ok hurry up please I hope you know how to speak English!" I was so DISGUSTED AND OFFENDED THAT I WALKED OUT! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE BECAUSE OF A LANGUAGE BARRIER. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A SITUATION WHERE THERE IS A CUSTOMER THAT CANNOT SPEAKESPEAK YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB!"
