"I took my daughter here to purchase a Prom dress. Being a Dad I know nothing about women’s dresses and it was shaping up to be a stressful afternoon for both of us. Enter Margarita, she was amazing! She helped my daughter shop and try on the dresses (there were many). Margarita was friendly and knowledgeable and she put a smile on my little girl’s face! Note to Dillards…never let Margarita go! She exemplifies what good customer service is all about!!"

"My daughter “(had) to go to Dillards” to get a dress for her first dance. I thought this mall was dead besides Bass Pro Shop (who can survive anywhere here in the South). I was super surprised about how many options they had for her and how organized (clean too) the place was. Super inexpensive too!!! Kinda made me mad though, women/girls have so many more options than any men’s section I have ever seen. I guess I could expand my options but I enjoy the pronoun I was born with so I will just have to survive potentially “twinning” with some other dudes."

"The store has a nice selection of products, and some friendly and helpful staff. However, after initially noticing a dirty carpet area and then paying closer attention, it became apparent that the store has not been cleaned for a LONG time. Throughout the store, the carpets are filthy - covered with a variety of spots, and in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and vacuuming. My guess is that they have decided to cut costs, and the normal cleaning and maintenance was eliminated. It seems fair to expect more from Dillards. P.S. Stay away from their credit card. It’s actually a Wells Fargo account, and POORLY administered."

"The mall connected to Dillard's appears to have ceased operations, and nearby stores also have very few customers. I went to check out Ugg boots, but they didn't have the design, color, or size I was looking for, which was disappointing..."

"I felt the need to share this. Since Savannah Mall Closed, customers are under the impression that Dillards Department Store close too. But Dillards’s although is attached to the mall, it owns its own building. I don’t know when they are going to bring back the mall, but I know Dillards still open and is doing good business. I love that Dillards is a high end one stop store. Been a smaller store it only has Lancôme, Estée Lauder beauty counters. Then you have the shoes department (men, women and kids). It has its own area for suits and the men department is huge. It has children clothes, women clothes.Then the home department! Right now they have the holiday trees in display! Moreover, my favorite areas accessories and Fragrance area! Last but not least designer handbags and eye glasses. I love the sunglasses. I needed here in Savannah. All recognize brands. But, just know that they don’t sell celebrity brands! Customer service is great too. If I want the latest brands or if I have a special occasion to go to, this is my store where I shop. I don’t have time to drive every where trying to find what I need. Everything I can find it in there. I’m obsess with Dillards! Also, no one will imagine that they also have a beauty salon in the second level. I’m telling you that is a one stop store. This is not a discounted store, but Make sure you stay up to date when the place their brand merchandise at 45 or 65 percent off! Seasonal! I bought so many shoes when they were on sale! They were like $35 Dillards’s for a designer’s pair of shoes. And since now I live in Savannah I need bathing suits and beach items. When the season comes you will find gorgeous bathing suits and towels in there too! This is only my experience. I wanted to share it! I highly recommend it!"
