"I phoned SiteOne three separate times to confirm that the plants I needed to purchase were in stock. The items were confirmed ( I was told they had 28 in stock) and a price was quoted. I then borrowed a trailer and took off from work for the day. I drove roughly 1 hour to the location. I went inside the business and requested the items that I had received a quote for. The clerk began ringing up the landscaping plants and requested payment before even going outside to locate the items. The total was very different than what I had been quoted, so I requested to see the plants before paying for them. I was guided out through the nursery while being told that the items I was looking to purchase were not popular and other items were being suggested. Upon arriving where the plants should be, I was told that the plants were not in stock. I was then directed to a manager who told me that they could source them from another state and would contact me the same day to confirm the items were being shipped. I left the location, returned the trailer, and after more than 1 month have never received a return call from the anyone. Beyond Horrible."
