"Todd came out after we had water flooding issues in our kitchen, he did a wonderful job of assessing what we would need and getting it all ordered and ready. On the day our flooring was delivered Shane and Kayla brought it out and introduced themselves as our install crew. They did an absolutely amazing job! They were on time, they answered all of my questions, they were super knowledgeable, they were very friendly, and approachable. They went above and beyond what they had to just to make sure that the more elegant features of our cabinets were kept intact as they were putting the new flooring down. They also shored up some areas that were squeaking which I am so very thankful for. I can't say enough about Shane and Kayla!! If you need some flooring done definitely contact Greer Flooring and when it comes time to install, you need to ask for Shane and Kayla. The experience with our flooded kitchen was a month long issue from the call to our insurance to the day of install just because of insurance slow downs, but Greer Flooring was there along the whole way working to get us taken care of and they did an amazing job. From day one of install Shane and Kayla put me at ease and told me that by the end of the 2nd day my home would be back together and that the floors would be everything that I expected them to be, well not only were they what I expected but they exceeded my expectations and its all because of the great work that Shane and Kayla did!! "We had a leak that came from the attic overflow pipe and it leaked down the wall and buckled the wood floor, created some mold areas and ruined the drywall. We didn’t want to go through insurance since we had a leak from a water filter earlier in the year. We were worried about the price but Greer Flooring was amazing. You can see from the photos what we were dealing with and how it had to be matched as the entire downstairs has the same floor. Our salesman stayed in contact with me throughout the process, answered every concern I had, kept me informed of when, how long, and what would take place on each given day. Everyone was professional, cleaned up and went beyond. I never went into the store until I was dropping off the check. The store was beautiful. I would highly recommend Greer Floor for any future projects. Two thumbs up!!!"

"Last week, I had an amazing experience with Greer Flooring when they replaced my cracked tile and warped hardwood flooring with a beautiful hickory manufactured floor. The materials are of very high quality and the project cost very reasonable! The crew that did the work had the old floor out and half the new floor in by that afternoon. They returned the next day and knocked it out of the park with beautiful trim and finish work. I am so pleased with the result! Highly recommend them!"
