"We had the upstairs of our home carpeted. We went with Lake Forest Flooring because it is a local company that has been serving the greater Greenville community for many years and we are so glad that we did! They did a great job from helping us pick the best Carpet in light of having pets, to the installation. The Installers were conscientious and offered quality service and installation and cleaned up as they went along. In the end there was a miscommunication regarding the final charge for the labor in relation to the staircase, but Lake Forrest stood by their original quote, another reason for us to recommend them. "Excellent company to deal with!! They replaced our kitchen and our half bath flooring. The installer made sure that our sub-floor was in good condition prior to installation. The installer then removed and reinstalled the toilet, removed the old flooring and installed moldings.The job was done in in less than two days!! Materials are excellent quality. "Wonderful experience all around! My husband and I had been looking to expand our hardwoods into another room of our house and Patty was quick to reach out to me and get room measurements scheduled. We could not have asked for better communication from both Patty and Gregg. Gregg came out to measure and got me a quote that same day. They sub-contracted out Stoneman Hardwood Flooring, who came on time, did wonderful fast work, and left the room in better condition than before they started. We are super pleased with their work.
