"I wouldn’t even give one star but had to to leave a review! My daughter, 3 yr old granddaughter and I went to the Carter’s in pooler GA We were told at the door that my 21/2 year old had to wear a mask , we were appalled! We don’t a mask on her! At the Doctors office they require masks 10 years and older! We will never shop at any Carters ever! Corporate? Really? Shame on you!"

"My fiancé and I drove over 30 minutes today to go to Carters and choose our coming home outfit for our baby. We waited in line for over half an hour in 93 degree heat without complaint as the store was only allowing 10 people in at a time. When we were 3 sets of people back my fiancé had to go to the restroom and unfortunately after the line moved much more quickly than it had been and I was allowed to enter. When he retuned however, the sale associate would not let him enter. She said because he had left the line he couldn’t come in... even after I explained he needed to use the restroom and why we were there. She did not care and I left in tears. This was THE WORST customer service I’ve experienced. If you expect people to wait outside for long periods of time it seems reasonable they may need to go to the restroom... and as a clearly pregnant woman here for a special purchase it was incredibly upsetting. We will not be returning as long as this is the service given."
