"I used to love this place. The local place itself is awesome. The corporate office that makes decisions is horrible. They have a new ridiculous policy that if you miss a payment by 1 day you get a late fee, the next day your child gets disenrolled. I have my card on autopay and for some unknown reason the system didn't charge it. And I missed a call the DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. And the next day I called, they said I had to pay the missing payment (late by one day) by 4pm or my child would be removed from care."

"The child I babysit goes to this school and it’s amazing. The kids have plenty of toys to play with and the staff are always interacting with the children. I had to speak with the office one evening and the lady in there was so kind and helpful. Shout out to Kimberly in the office and the teachers at white bluff. You guys keep this little girl happy and always eating new things! She can’t stop talking about the “yummy food I eat for lunch” keep up the great work ‼️❤️"

"Recently I went on a tour at this facility. The assistant director (I think her name was Kimberly) greeted me immediately and took me through on my tour. She walked me through as I asked probably way too many questions, since this will be my first baby, with a smile. Not only were her words extremely reassuring to me, the staff seemed to really care about the kids. The babies were all happy and playing, as I walked through the other classrooms, they all seemed busy and happy doing activities. I would recommend them to anybody!"

"My son attends Preschool here & for the most part he’s enjoying his experience. However, the whole pick up/ drop off situation should be evaluated. I have had to stand at the back door for over 10 mins on multiple occasions & it’s very annoying. My self & other parents as well. Especially when we’re there on time with our child. It’s inconvenient to my son if breakfast is at 8:15 & we’re still knocking on the door at 8:25 to be let in. I don’t understand why parents should be in the predicament to bang the door multiple times. Thank you."
