"The teachers, students, and school are great. (Which is why I give it three stars) The administration however is a joke! I have had several instances with their front office and everyone is clueless. Day one, registering my daughters for the school I was told there is a certain time frame, in the summer, As to when I could drop paperwork off and someone would be in contact with me, which never happened. Another instance, the school bus never showed up to pick my daughters up, no one had a single clue on the bus route, times... ANYTHING. Another happened today; I showed up at the school at 2:30pm to pick my daughters up for an emergency and was told no, because it was too late. Excuse me? Last time I checked, these are my children. After arguing with the secretaries and them having to call the assistant principal to the front office; and her asking me what the emergency was (clearly known of her business) I proceeded to ask her if there was a law in Chatham county that Prohibited me from picking my children up?! Especially since there was still 30 minutes left in the school day! I have never in my life had to deal with a school with so many ridiculous rules and clueless people! Get with it marshpoint elementary!"
