"I highly discourage any purchases being made with this company. What was a beautiful mother’s day gift from my husband and son on a cruise trip to St.Maarten port ended up being a craftsmanship and customer service nightmare. 15 days after purchasing my bracelet, and 5 wears..I found it on the floor in my living room. It snapped off while walking. I understand that unforeseen issues can arise with any product overtime, but nothing is intended to break within 5 days. I’ve had bracelets from the dollar store last longer than 5 days on my wrist. It is evident that the craftsmanship of the piece is substandard. The metal holding it together is flimsy and faulty and fell very short of expectations. What I am most dissatisfied with is how Milano Diamond Gallery failed to respond. Instead of accepting the defect as poor quality/craftsmanship I have been met with much resistance and refusal of refund. I have been forced to take further actions with filing BBB/ consumer protection agency complaints, as well as conversations with credit card/legal counsel. I urge others to steer very clear from this company as their products and customer experience fall very short of standard."
