"Yesterday I went to the store to get a gallon of stain. I needed super deck color matched with a minwax brand. The young lady Said it would be Friday before I could get the paint matched. Mainly because she didn't want to do it. So I left. 2hours later the store calls and says the paint is ready. So I let them know that I would be in today in the morning to pick it up. I get there and the young lady did nothing to try to color match the stain. ( Well, the bare minimum). So an hour later, the poor guys that were there wprking were swamped ,and I finally got my paint. This isn't the first time I have walked into this establishment with the same young lady "working" there. My wife and I walked around d the store for over 30min and not one time could she stop talking to her friend to help us. So we left the store and drive across the street to Benjamin Moore. And the owner of the store helped us as we walked in. Just saying customer service goes along way"
