"It was our first puppy visit and the front office staff were kind. The vet assistant and of course the Veterinarian gave us plenty of info and suggestions about our pup! The Vet was very personable and friendly as well. The price was reasonable. I am pleased."

"We recently moved to the area, and its been extremely difficult in finding a vet to take on new patients. I decided to give this clinic a shot. I've visited on three separate occasions with my two pups. The front staff and vet techs have always been very welcoming and helpful. I'm told they have relief vets at this location; so far, the two I've seen have been great. I never feel rushed or that my concerns are not being heard or taken seriously. They are also really good at getting you in within a few days."

"Absolutely loved bringing my dog here. My dog gets incredibly upset at vet visits. I have paid a vet to come to the house and he still panicked and wouldn’t settle for a blood draw. I’ve tried everything and was told to visit Dr Meiser. She was exactly what we needed. When I asked if she’d consider meeting us at the car to walk in with my pup so he could meet her before he began to get upset, she did. The vet tech, Sarah, was also fantastic. They showed a combination of compassion and skill, and when we went to leave my dog easily walked up to both Dr Meiser and Sarah, which has never happened before in 7 years. Additionally, the first two vets I’ve tried in Columbia left me feeling rushed and like I asked silly questions. Dr. Meiser spent the time to answer my questions and made me feel like she respected my concerns. It was also obvious that she knew what she was talking about and has experience in the field. It was refreshing to say the least. I’m sold, and we won’t be going anywhere else."

"We have been going to this location for more than 10 years. It’s been decent overall, but our recent visit with our aging chihuahua was the best one yet. The front desk clerk was super welcoming and friendly. The assistant was super sweet and has such a loving and warm feel to her. She knows our dog, so that makes things even better. The doctor was so pleasant and explained everything that was going on with our dog in a way that was easy to understand. We did not feel pushed to spend a fortune, and were set up with a feasible health plan that we feel comfortable with. It’s very nice that they show you prices up front and they even price-match on prescription meds with Chewy. That’s a huge savings! We have been boarding our dog there for 9 years and he is always happy to go there, and comes home in good spirits. That always makes us feel good. Thank you for the excellent service and care for our sweet chihuahua."
