Chesterbrook Academy Preschool

"The lack of care and professionalism at Chesterbrook is the reason my daughter no longer attends. The staff is not cordial, they are actually very rude and most of the time you are not even acknowledged when walking into the facility. The class sizes are extremely large, and there is no assistance in the classrooms majority of the time. Teachers are noticeably overwhelmed with the amount of kids in one class. If I could give this preschool a 0 star I would."

"Our son attended this school and our daughter is now enrolled here. Although there have been several staff changes in recent years, there are a few teachers who stand out. Our daughter’s first teachers here were Ms. Shay and Ms. Sharon in Classroom 2 and they were extremely memorable. They took the time to not only teach but really connect with their students and organize the classroom and learning activities to promote their development. They are punctual, professional, and most importantly, easy-going and supportive toward their young students. We hope to see more teachers like these as our children grow and transition into other classrooms."

"My daughter has attended this school for a couple of years now and we are mostly pleased with the facility and curriculum. We are especially grateful for the wonderful Classroom 2 teachers - Ms. Shay and Ms. Sharon - and the strong impact they made on our daughter's development. Both of these teachers are incredibly warm, personable, and supportive. They go above and beyond classroom instruction by establishing genuine connections with their young students. In fact, my daughter and I still visit them back in her old classroom because she is always so happy to say hi and give them hugs. I strongly recommend these teachers for others looking to enroll their young 2-year olds."

"People here aren’t willing to work with children who experience delays. They just deem them as problem children and complain about them day after day. I got a call from the school one day stating that my son was having a challenging day and I needed to come pick him up. When I reached the location, I asked the assistant principal if they had cameras and if so, could I see them so I could see my son doing what he was allegedly doing in the classroom. I was told no I couldn’t see the cameras. It’s not a “safe space” for children who aren’t on the same level as their peers. I honestly wouldn’t trust the staff there with a child who can’t verbally tell you what goes on throughout the day. I don’t regret taking him out."

"My grandson attends CA Preschool. He loves it! Kudos to the CA staff. I'm so grateful for Ms. Tasha! She is simply delightful. It truly takes a person with an enormous amount love and patience to work with children. Ms. Tasha is a wonderful teacher!"
