"When an order gets messed up in the drive thru the best way to handle it is to have that customer pull out of the line so that the issue is resolved between the manager and that customer one on one. This will allow the team to continue the proper flow with the customers behind the one that has an issue. It’s truly a better way of handling everyone being served. It’s not fair that 6 customers sit behind someone that has a problem. Poor judgement on this managers decision to make everyone else wait to correct a mistake! This chick fil a has a lot of work to do to better themselves! It was not my pleasure having to wait an additional 10 minutes do to something that has nothing to do with me or my order."
"Paid for a large fry and they constantly give you enough to fill a medium. Most weren’t even full sized fries just crumbs piled up halfway. Worst chick fil a ever and I’ve eaten at the one in Russell house on USC campus"
"I hate this location. At least every other order has something wrong with it, but to leave the whole top bun off a sandwich takes the cake. Waffle fries? Let's go with waffle crumbs. I'm officially tired of this location!"
"I just brought a sandwich from this location around 12:45pm yesterday chick fil an always pack there box sandwiches at the bottom of the bag. I had a large fry on top and had a bagged sandwich on top of it. I ate the bagged (entree) sandwich and large fry first. Saved the boxed sandwich (deluxe) for later. As I’m getting ready to eat it . I open the box and a fly flew out immediately. I looked on the side of the sandwich and saw fly eggs on the side of the sandwich. This my first time opening that sandwich, that day. I am eight months pregnant who know what could’ve happened if I ate this sandwich. Please be mindful while eating here. And I have proof of all of this"
