"My two children went to Montessori school for preschool, but when we moved here from north Georgia I enrolled them in our zoned school, which is supposed to be one of the "best" public schools around. What a mistake. after 3 years of foolishness I finally had enough and went looking for an excellent and true Montessori school. (There are lots of imposters out there, unfortunately) This school has been fantastic in every way and I feel like I got to watch my children get back to normal. They love school and can't wait to go every single day! I am so glad this school is here and my children have a nurturing and enriched, safe place where they can experience the joy of learning every single day."
"My daughter Eanion has been attending Montessori School Of Columbia for 5 years now. Before attending Montessori School of Columbia she was very shy, did not interact with other kids and I was concerned. Wow what a I see now is amazing!! My daughter is now independent, a leader, communicate well with others, her learning development has grown tremendously!!! She loves attending Montessori School Of Columbia, and every day when I pick her up she cannot wait to tell me what she has learned for the day. Karen has definitely picked the right teachers and staff to represent the school. The teachers communicate well with the parents, they want your child to succeed academically and as a person. They are honest, up front and dedicated to your children. Karen the head of the school has a passion for your child to succeed in all areas and she does not play around!!! The only thing I wish is that they offered education at a high school level. If you want your child to have the best education and succeed academically and personally then please consider Montessori school of Columbia. Katina Hart"
"I was blown away by my tour of the school. The head of school, Ms. Karen, was brimming with pride and enthusiasm during every moment, and rightfully so. The hours I spent touring the school and observing classes passed like minutes. Every student was engaged, every teacher was warm and encouraging. There were no outsiders. Every class felt like walking into a team meeting, where the students and teachers are teammates in learning. I expected to be impressed, but I never expected to be overwhelmed by the actual METHOD. The school's design, physically and psychologically, was conducive to learning, healthy socializing, and being a human being (which is an attribute I think a lot of schools have forgotten to attribute to students). I can't wait to go back and have my child experience the school!"
"Our daughter and son have been going to school here for almost two years. It has been a wonderful experience. My children are constantly surprising me with how much they are learning at school, and they really seem to love it here. The teachers and staff are wonderful, kind and generous people who clearly love helping children grow."
"Excellent school with experienced teachers. Nothing but only good things to say about MSC. My son has enjoyed every day at this wonderful school and we are pleased with his educational growth in just one year! Special thanks to Miss Dixon, Miss Erin and Mr Sidney. Owner, Karen, has great vision for this school and loves providing best possible educational environment to students."
