"I would NEVER do business here. I had someone drop off some clothes to sell. About 150 items. They offered $34. I would have felt better taking it to goodwill. Supposedly it's not within the trends of 2 years but my baby is only 1 and everything was purchased new"

"Wonderful experience. When selling your clothes the buyers in the store give you an option of store credit or cash! I took my fiancé with me today and he went crazy on the kids clothes and we ended up taking the store credit instead of cash today. Now on the adult side , we did have some clothes not worn with price tags on them but they said they weren’t up to pair including brand new shoes we couldn’t fit nor wore so it all depends on what they’re looking for at the time instead of having the store overstocked on items but all in all I still had a wonderful and great experience for sure ."

"I brought in a Melissa and Doug Fresh Mart Grocery Store the one that is for sale for $249 in most stores brand new and accessories from my classroom. The clerk asked me to leave everything near the counter as they were checking others in. I've never felt so uncomfortable and out of place in a location. There were several people in the store looking at my grocery store. I waited the 20 minutes because they had to talk to the buyer. When I asked to speak to the buyer they told me no. The clerk quoted me $40 for a gently used item. My register pen was broken which is something that was damaged when it came to me. Then, the clerks were shocked when I told them that I was going to accept the low offer wanted my items back. A lady approached me as I was leaving offering the $60 cash which I said no to her she was disappointed thought she had a steal. When I arrived home, the clerk had left the same lady that approached phone number on there as if they already sold it her. I'm not sure how they come up with their pricing it seemed like the women who were desperate for cash in there were taken advantage of. I sold the same checkout for $175 cash on OfferUp. I'll never return to this location."
