"Do not send your kids to this daycare I worked there and my 2children also attended the management always excused workers behavior with the children. They did not keep my child safe from another student, there were no consequences to the child’s actions. My child’s face got cut open and the manager walked out and went home."
"Grateful for the staff at A World of Hope! From the front office team to the classrooms! This transition has not been easy for my daughter and I however every morning I can count on Ms Higgins and Mr. Harps to make sure my daughter is okay. They encourage me to go have a good day at work and assure me that my daughter will be fine. Mr. Harps sends updates through out the day, which I am most grateful for. Ms Thompson is a sweetheart and Ms Williams is amazing as well. I appreciate the fact that my daughter is not just a face at the center but she is treated like family."
"I have loved this daycare besides 1 teacher until this point. Today a 3 year old boy bite my 3 year old daughter. Things that the staff did RIGHT were : 1. Notified me 2.gave her ice and attention 3. Removed the child from the classroom to be suspended for a couple of days . However things that they did wrong: 1. This was not the child first time biting a child while at daycare. I know because the father actually said , "He bite your child too, I'm sorry." 2. THIS IS NOT THIS CHILD FIRST RODEO, when I ask was what was his consequences, the lady on the phone said he will not be here for a while he has also choked another kid. 3. SO HOW FAR WAS THIS GOING TO GO UNTIL SOMEONE CHILD WAS SERIOUSLY HURT, WHEN WILL HE BE EXPELLED!!! There is no excuse for this behavior."
"A great diverse learning environment! My son attended AWOH for pre-k and he was well prepared for kindergarten! The management has been very responsive to any concerns we had. Also, the director has a low tolerance for any employee not giving the utmost respect and dignity to the children. In all we felt very comfortable leaving our boys in their care."
"My family loves AWOH. My son has been attending this daycare for three years and it has been nothing but great. The teachers and staff are also very friendly and very attentive. Whenever my son falls or gets hurt they immediately notify me and give me an incident report which is great. Also, as a four year old boy, not only can my son read but he can also hand write and write in cursive. This school rocks!"
