"There is a a dude there that works there with long hair, fairly young who every time my family has come in there he has treated us like we are trash not realizing that me and my wife are both disabled veterans the last time my wife was in there he tried to question the money my wife had so she went to the bank had the money changed out because it was real and then he tried to question the 20s that she just got from the bank. He is not knowledgeable about his job. He is always rude and if I had my way I would have them fired the managers hard to get a hold of. and getting a hold of the one 800 line is even harder. It’s pathetic how the customer service in this building is not there when the man is not there."

"The guy with the long beard and a vape charging in the back was very rude and disrespectful. I got my switch at another store that did not come with a back cover and another part. I use to love GameStop but this store and franchise has gone down hill. Will never shop here again!"
