"They are very aware of issues with their online banking system and are unwilling to improve it . Adding payees in bill pay has been a problem for years . I have spent countless hours reinstalling information , entering information through different browsers only to have the system kick back the payee. Save yourself some headaches and go elsewhere."

"The staff is awesome, everyone I have dealt with at the Poughkeepsie branch is very nice. However, the amount of time it takes to transact anything is absolutely unacceptable. This is the only bank that I can't call my local branch and be connected to the staff member I last dealt with- who told me to call for them specifically if I had any other questions or issues to resolve."

"This bank is a total disappointment. I’ve recently pulled most of my money out and will remove the rest when set up elsewhere. I’ve had bank fraud happen here as they allowed fake checks to be cashed which were clearly fake. Their mobile deposits over $1500 take 2 plus business days just to be accepted than 2 more days to clear. What are they doing that it takes so long? Chase accepts the checks in under an hour. Anyway, I am don’t with HVFCU!!"
