"Tried to get a debt consolidation loan, but was completely denied. When I started my displeasure on their Facebook page, this guy calls me, and basically berates me, because, God forbid, I was 1 moth behind on my credit card payments. My credit score wasn't too bad at that time, and I had just paid off about $20,000 for a car loan to them. I was told to keep my payments up for 3 more months, and then they might consider me for the $2,000 debt consolidation loan I requested. I knew that there was a good chance of default on my cards. Needless to say, today my credit is absolutely horrible, and my cards are in collection. They shouldn't claim they will get you a loan, even if you have poor credit. It's misleading. I've been a customer of theirs for years now, and am thoroughly disgusted."
