"So this place my spouse had worked for and every day I would hear a different story about how one of these kids were bad. Multiple lawsuits could be filed against them for certain events that I will not share, terrible pay, horrible work atmosphere, and both mentally and physically exhausting. One thing that I will say is that y’all definitely need to be following states laws as well as local laws."

"This place is very horrible!!! I would not recommend no one to bring they kids here. Please take them somewhere else. I had a bad experience with my child at this place."

"If I could give this place a zero I would. I’m sitting at Peanuts laundry and happened to look over at precious hearts daycare center and see two young boys pull down the pants to another male child and one of the male children then proceeding to bully him while the child is trying to pull his pants up. Said child pulls up pants, then the other two said children pull pants back down to his ankles, to my astonishment I see a young woman with long hair, she’s Caucasian, with a green sweater long sleeve black pants and white sneakers she’s on her cell phone facing away from the children, carrying a conversation on her phone, as the one child is being bullied; this goes on for a good 15 minutes. I advise that you not send your children to this daycare center. They obviously have unprofessional and inadequate staff. Choose somewhere else to go this place is not safe for your children."

"Would not recommend, due to several reasons . After 2 plus years of my son going there ,there was a bunch of ups and downs but I finally had to pull him out . Which I hated to do because that is the only place he’d ever been but also he wouldn’t have stayed so long if it wasn’t for a select few of the employee’s. But after several incidents, including an employee putting a bruise on my son ( who is still an employee there as far as I know, the biggest reason I pulled him out ) I never once got a phone call from the owners,who in my eyes only care about making money and not the care of the children or their employees . I will always be grateful to the ones there that looked after , and cared for my son but in the end I no longer felt comfortable having him there ."

"I worked there for a few weeks. The first few days my coworker and I had to move furniture, over and over, and clean like crazy. There were several supplies missing for the class and they should've gotten them over the summer. Our kids were without mats for rest time for over a week. Again, they knew they needed new mats bit didn't take care of it when they should have. They micromanaged everything we did, it was their way or nothing at all! Everything they asked for we did but it wasn't good enough and they'd tell us to do it again. They didn't have any notice when the changed the daily schedule. We had little to no help with kids. One kid was running around climbing everything and knocking things over. They were always short staffed so when a parent had a question or problem they'd have to wait while someone found the director. When it came time to get paid my check was supposed to be direct deposited, but it wasn't. I was told it was mailed, but a week later it never showed up. I had to continually contact the director and owner about it. I was finally told they would print a new check, I finally got my paycheck because I hounded them about it. This place is a zoo! I would never bring a child there and definitely would not tell anyone to work there. Horrible management!"
