"The office did fine work, but I was very disappointed with their billing staff. I called twice prior to a stressful procedure to understand the payment amount, and I was misquoted by over $600 both times due to a mistake on their end. I had the voicemails and names to proved the misquoting, but when I flagged this to the staff and manager they metaphorically told me to pound sand. I started sobbing in the waiting room as I was so flustered by the increased payment and stressful procedure. Very unprofessional to not even recognize the misquoting and try to work with me. They do fine work, but don't trust their billing quotes."

"The MRI was done well. I payed in full on site only to receive another bill for $300 more. Called CS said they would delete the payment then received final notice for payment. Called billing tried to transfer me then they hung up on me called back transferred again and was sitting on hold for over 15 minute then I hung up. Good business is rated on not just the procedure but the over process which is not good"
