"Received a bill for services had at Candler Hospital, I called to clarify the bill, they were able to help me understand the bill and easy to pay. The Radiologist who did my procedure was great and very friendly. Made me feel more at ease."

"Exact same complaint! I only got one single ROBOT call saying I owed them money. I tried to call back immediately to ask questions (nobody at St Joseph's Cander had explained the enormous bill I already got from their hospital did not include this other bill for the doctor reading the scan) and they were closed! The machine said their billing dept. on Central time and nobody was available to take the call. So the robot calls people asking them to punch in their credit card number on the phone when there are no real humans to switch over to or answer a call back. I realized what the charge was by reading these reviews. I figured the robot (or maybe a person) would call back again, or perhaps one day a paper bill would arrive. I made a note from the google search of their number, and had it on my to-do list in case they never got back to me. Surprise, the next and only other communication I got was Lanier Collections Service. The woman on the line did share with me that they had sent a paper bill to an address where I lived 20 years ago. I had updated the hospital with my current address before I got the mammogram AND the hospital managed to send their giant bills to my current home. Not sure how this place failed to get the memo. Another robot all, perhaps during their own business hours, would have been slightly more reasonable than sending me straight to collections."

"I only gave one star because that’s the lowest you can give. Billing sucks. Was referred by the VA to Candler hospital in Savannah Georgia for an MRI obviously they sent the MRI to be read by Savannah chatham imaging but do not send them the information from the VA for payment. This left me doing work, calls which was a headache trying to get the bill paid. The phone number on the bill does not work for certain people that calls in, didn’t work for me but it worked when Candler called them but it didn’t do any good. Did not receive a person to talk to. The billing representative at Candler told me to keep trying and I should be the one to make sure that Savannah Imaging have all information; why? I did not go there or request their services; Candler did. I have requested VA not to ever ever referred me out to Candler hospital in Savannah Georgia for imaging or anything else because I do not want to handle billing for them. I am retired. And they don’t pay me."

"As well as others that have reviewed, I was told my insurance covered my imaging but they never billed my insurance. They also never notified me that I had a bill and sent it to collections which I was also never notified about due to living in a different state. I had an immaculate credit score being as I am also an accounting major and take my bills very seriously but now I have to deal with the emotional distress of disputing a negative mark on my credit which took away 68 points thanks to these people. They are extremely unprofessional and incompetent."
