"Atlantic radiology doesn’t send bills to you. They send your bill to a collection agency . Then you get a call that payment is over due. I have a receipt claiming I paid in full but now they say I still owe money. If I could rate them lower than one I would. Worst billing system I ever dealt with."

"Memorial and Effingham Hospital both use this billing service Papaya for payments. I now have over $2,500.00 in outstanding bills with them and they never send a bill then when they do its a past due collections. I keep receiving text message telling me to pay in full I call them and sit on hold for 45 minutes and the kicker is my child has double insurance and we never get bills and they are sending me the bills in full without sending to the insurance like I am self pay. As soon as my son is done having to use the doctor at this location I will NEVER use Memorial hospital in Savannah or Effingham Hospital they are the WORST to deal with. Why have insurance and present cards to them at EVERY visit and they never bill them!"

"Atlantic Radiology website has the closing time for business hours listed at 5:00 pm, but when you call them its business closes for the day at 4:00 pm."

"Got a call requesting additional payments, nothing is matching up to the mail that they’ve sent. I’ve gotten a few different bills for one ct scan ranging between 76$- 700 when they called nothing adds up to what the papers in front of me state. Feels like a big scam."

"Web payment doesn't work. Phone numbers don't work. These businesses are health care scams and Memorial heath needs to stop using them. I was charged at the time of service, then refunded a random amount, then sent a bill that doesn't equate with what insurance and I paid. These predatory billing practices need to be putting people in jail. Single handedly responsible for the dismal heath care system in America."
