"I have had many MRIs, but never treated so bad by the women with this one...the muscles in my hand were moving and I was unaware of that. after she placed a weight on my wrist the test was preformed again without any communication and she tried it three times until I was having a panic attack 20 min. test turned to 50 min. I was shaking so bad .No compassion, didn't ask how I was.i had just had knee surgery 5 days prior...never offered to help me off table...very unprofessional...I have went to the other locations with NO ISSUES..."

"The staff here is AMAZING! They are so caring and efficient! Their bedside manner is phenomenal! They made my child feel so comfortable and his X-ray was a pleasant experience. Dianna took the time to ask him questions and show him the X-ray machine was not scary. I honestly can not believe how easy and quickly the whole process was for us! This is the best experience I have ever had at a medical office! I will definitely recommend this office! The experience was worth the drive! I am so very thankful!"

"Everyone with the exception of one staff member was wearing a mask and all patients were required to. The one brunette was walking around front with her mask on her chin and I could have sworn I heard her say that she was feeling sick to the girls up front in reception. When I was taken back I noticed her sitting in the computer/viewing room with others and her mask was still on her chin. With the exception of this one sick (and obviously miserable by her facial expression) woman who’s mask never left her chin everyone was very professional. Hopefully these silly hypocritical signs are taken down though:( You require masks…"
