"Horrible billing department. I was sent a bill that should have went to my Dr. I later got a second notice with an extra $200 added on for some other test that wasn't even on the first bill. The person answering the phone was extremely rude and clearly wasn't there to help resolve any problems."

"I went here as an individual without doctor ordered tests. I paid $75 to have some blood tests done and was told the results would be sent to me. I waited for 1 month checking my email and post mail, but got no results. Called and spoke with someone that told me they would email me the results. Another month goes by, but still nothing in my email including spam box. Made another call and was told again the results would be emailed to me. Verified my email address just to make sure wasn't a typo. Another month passes still no results. At this point so much time had passed that the results were nolonger important to me. I felt like I paid for a service, but after several attempts never received what I had paid for. I called back and talked to a manager. I told them the situation and that I wanted a refund for the $75 since I never received my test results. The manager refused. I tried to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau, but this company is not BBB accredited so I have no recourse. Be careful dealing with this company. Bad experience. I do not recommend. Will not return."

"Beware of these folks. They have tried to double bill me three times already. I pay the bill then two months later they send you a past due payment notice for the same bill... When confronted they get all nasty with you and claim that they are not trying to double bill you even they are requesting payment for something you already paid and shows on their system as not paid. BEWARE make sure when you get their bills you have not already paid them a few months prior. One time is a mistake multiple times is suspicious. Luckily I caught them each time but a waste of time having to call them each time it happens. Each instance is a waste of at least 20-30 minutes on hold and talking to them. They will claim it is not paid unless you can provide them the date/time/invoice #/address/Etc. Even then they have to "research it" If you don't have that information they will say it is not paid and you will be out of luck... Keep all records in regards to these folks you will need them!"
