She was very thorough and checked each x-ray to make sure it was good quality before we moved onto the next one."
"The lady at the front desk window (I wish I had asked her name) was so very helpful and accommodating. I was there assisting my elderly father. He’s very sick so going anywhere with him is stressful. He needed three tests done, and she was so patient in helping us schedule, and made it easy on me by grouping them together. Also, a lady came up while we were scheduling and offered to do his X-rays while we were there. It saved us a trip! I was blown away at the level of customer service. Thank you again for being so gracious and considerate! Gold star to both of those ladies."
"As I was moving to Anderson from Florida I twisted my ankle. I thought for sure it was broken. I called Carolina Imaging and they were able to get me right in for an X-ray. The staff at the front desk was courteous and helpful. They took me back before I could even complete the paperwork. I will definitely use them again if the need arises."
"The staff was absolutely wonderful. From the time I walked into the office to the time I left the staff was helpful and responsive. I had a Ultrasound done as well as a CT scan and both of the techs were great and understanding of my health issues. Defiantley a place I will always come back too. I called my doctors office the next day to make sure they got the reports and they were delivered which was a load of my shoulders knowing my doctor recieved it quickly. "This place is horrible and the girls are rude. They don't even say goodbye before they hang up on you on the phone. This place continued to harass me with bills even though they were told over and over again that I was a veteran and that I was not responsible for the bill and that there was a process to the billing. I tried a couple times explaining the process to them and even got the information for them which I didn't have to do and they still sent me a bill the next day. You think that was done on purpose, but no they had an excuse for that to. They even told me at one point that they were done spending time on it after one day and that it was my responsibility now to get the bill taken care of. What an effort, Maybe if they would have done it correctly the first time it would have never gone on this long. Then they called me back and tried lying and saying I cursed at them and I was on speaker even though I called them and this was a 1 minute call long enough to make sure that they passed on a message to there billing department. Oh and the manager made the dumb mistake telling me that she just got back from lunch, but yet she had me on speaker and that they heard the conversation. Do they have reception that far now. LOL. Do they really think customers are that dumb. I guess they have to create something to put themselves on top. So I called back a few times to tell them how unprofessional they were and they said they were going to call the police because I was trying to call and give them a message about what the VA had said to me in regards to the claim. They kept hanging up, what a business, this is how they conduct themselves. How ridiculous is that and how out of hand have they let this get. What they seem to be forgetting is that it is in the contract under the program that the veteran is not responsible and they are not allowed to send the bills or give the veteran a hard time about the paying the bill, which was explained to them on many occasions. They have already been reported."
