"If your child is getting tubes.. I would advise to not allow the provider to schedule it at this location. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the actual DR who performed my son's procedure but the customer service and billing department at this facility... absolutely ridiculous. Both of my sons got tubes this year through Dr. Germani at Carolina ENT. One son was scheduled at Upstate Surgery Center and one son here based on availability. The difference in the out of pocket bill we received for the two of them is actually insane.. over $4,000 difference in what we owe (after insurance!). So save yourself the trouble because this has been nothing short of a headache & not one person on the other end of the phone has been the least bit helpful or understanding."

"The hours online do NOT match the actual hours, we arrived yesterday before the hours online stated and was closed before 5pm. If they needed to be updated since Covid-there has been plenty of time to do so. The lab person- has to come out and shout, who’s for lab? There is not an official sign in sheet. This is a privacy issue-why we are here is nobody’s business. The lab girl Wendy however was amazing- nice and professional."

"I just had an arthroscopic procedure on my knee this morning. EVERYONE that I dealt with, from the check-in lady to pre-OP to post-OP was just phenomenal and put me at ease. All of the nurses on the floor had fun with each other and it really helps settle your nerves. Very happy with my experience."

"The hospital and staff of the surgery and recovery areas are top notch, love the caring, professional people. However, the lab/or patient check in has got to be slower than McDonalds! My mother who has a broken back had been waiting for an hour to get blood drawn. While I understand that they have to get people who are here for surgeries, it seems like they might either alternate labs with surgical check ins. That would reduce the wait time for all. Maybe have a separate system to do labs apart from surgical check ins."

"Its a nice place and the chairs are comfortable. We are on the 2nd floor. The waiting room is pretty big with a nice tv to watch while waiting. Staff is friendly and with good attitudes."
