Tony's Nails

"The only positive thing I will say about this place is that they have nice massage chairs....After a long day at work and in need of relaxation I turn to a pedicure in the city I reside in...small order one would think! I chose a deluxe pedicure and the lady that tended to me goes by "Cindy", even though I asked multiple times I was never given her legal name! I would call the massage I received a pat and scratch as that is what she did. Her application of the nail polish was sloppy and when I pointed out that she did not polish two toes completely I got an attitude in return. After she was done polishing my toes she attempts to put my right flip flop on my left foot and upon her dragging my wet small toe nail along the inside of the flip flop I tell her she is doing so and she realizes it waa the wrong foot and then puts them both on correctly. She tries to have me get up without even fixing the jacked up polish on the small toe. I ask her to fix it. She takes the polish and drops a huge spot of polish my brown 2 week old $85 leather OluKai flip flop and commences to use polish remover to smudge the polish along the flip flop. I make the manager/owner aware of what happened and he says to put polish remover on it or buff it out! When I informed him they were leather he says it would come out and went on about his business. Long story short he offerd me half of what I paid and I was to leave the shoes there because he sald they were old and dirty! I informed him that I may have worn them 4 times and only purchased them about two weeks ago. I provided a receipt as he asked that showed I purchased them on 11-01-2016 and the lady says to that I "hurt her feelings"! I again ask for her name and want to get it off of her license that is suppose to be displayed however; she does not have one displayed nor could one be provided! My receipt for the flip flops was returned back to me with $85 and I gave her the ruined flip flops. The person who handed me the money and reciept was a customer who actually was the one who provided the $85! Apparently "Cindy" was crying over the ordeal because her saying sorry was not sufficient and I hurt her feelings! I would have overlooked the damage had it not have been on new expensive flip flops paired with the lack of concern from both the owner and the lady! Needless to say, I will be filing a complaint with the board and NEVER returning there and I highly suggest that everyone else do the same!"

"I sat in this place for about 30 minutes a lady walks in and sit for 5 minutes. And she was put in a chair and gotten her services started before me. And when they finally got to me. I asked the tech if that lady had an appointment she said 'no are you upset that that lady got started before you and you were her longer?"

"Great customer service. They were busy but I was able to get in a chair for a pedicure as soon as I walked in. Also, although they had to change my technician, the manager (I think) let me know what was going on and how my wait wouldn't be much longer. My pedicure looked great and I wasn't there all day."

"First time going there.. I got there at 9:50 and I didn't walk out the door until 11:00 ! The person doing my nails were working on two people at a time and taking forever. Then I got GEL and my nails started popping off the very next week! Won't be coming back , and VERY disappointed"
