"Brought my 5 year old for her birthday and the service was awful. I paid $70 for mani+pedi plus gel and it chipped the next day. I got talked in to getting her gel so it would last longer, which it didn't. They were a little rude as well after I told them I did not want mines done twice. Rushing us in and out and did not have a lot of ppl. For the Pedi, they only stuck her foot in the water and clipped her nails with polish. They did not do a full pedi. Never going back here again."

"To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I should have read the reviews before even trying this place! To start off when we got there, there were no customers there and that should have been a red flag. We went in for my birthday to enjoy some girl time and when we sat down for our pedicures I was extremely disappointed. The water was cold and I asked the nail tech to make it warmer and she just ignored me. I upgraded to the deluxe pedicure for my birthday and was yet again disappointed. The girl barely massaged my legs and then started drilling my nails that I had on off. I have had my nails done plenty of times and have never been in so much pain while someone was removing my old nails. Her grinding machine was literally burning my nails and then she used a nail tip to force my nails that I had on off! After doing that and destroying my nails she cut them so short it was honestly painful. I can agree with all the other bad reviews on here that we did not have a good experience at all! Also I paid $145!!! Again I get mani/pedis every month and I have never paid that much! The place relooks very nice but the staff has no idea what they are doing! Avoid this place at all cost!"

"The service was good and the people were very friendly. However I got the dip on my nails on this past Friday and 4 days later the dip is already coming off my nails. In fact the dip on my thumb nail has come completely off. For what it cost they should have stayed on a lot longer."

"Overpriced and quality of work is very disappointing. Wanted to enjoy my pedicure but had a lady come over and do my nails at the same time, felt very rushed and uncomfortable bc of leaning over for her to do my nails. I'll be driving a little further to get my service done. Polish was cheap and started cracking 2 days, I did go in to have them fixed, but ultimately went back to have it all taken off and was charged. Won't be going back."

"I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly guy! Sadly, that was the only pleasant thing about this visit. I said I wanted a manicure and pedicure. Sat in the sit for a pedicure, which is normally time I take to relax being that I work on my feet all day. Within 2 minutes after the lady started on my feet another woman came up and started doing my nails. Felt very rushed, as well as super uncomfortable in the chair having to lean over to one side. I got the $62 package, and was barely massaged for my pedicure. I asked for a full set with gel white tips- oval shape. She initially told me $100, then when she finished she said “I gave you discount and only charged you $85 for the nails.” When I told the lady I wanted it shorter she told me it wouldn’t look right with the shape I wanted. One of my pointer nails is noticeably longer than the other. My left middle finger nail came off within 3 days of getting it done.. I would’ve came back had I not been on a time crunch with family graduation, then traveling out of state. But you also don’t expect your nail to come off within 3 days.. the picture attached was taken in the parking lot after getting them done. I was left with acrylic on my fingers that I had to peel off when I got home, and you can see my real nails… I wanted to give the place a try, as it’s very eye pleasing when you walk-in, as well as it being a new establishment. I will not be returning, nor will I be referring this establishment to others."
