"This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I own a print shop and I leased a printer with them. I have not been able to use the printer for over a year. They have been billing me for another serial number and I paid them. I realized this when the printer stopped printing and I kept receiving bills. The accounts payable team is not capable of fixing the billing problem. The service team is not capable of providing the consumables necessary to keep the printer printing. The salesperson, Tanner Lanning, does not answer phone calls anymore. Please don't do business with Carolina Office Systems."

"Extremely disappointed in the customer service. We run a small business and signed a 5 year contract with this company which guaranteed there would be no rate increases. 3 years into our contract, we received a notice that our rate would increase. We’ve attempted to contact a representative several times with absolutely no success. I very disappointed."

"Update: A new Representative has reach out and seems to be working on a solution. Will update further upon resolution.... Just kidding, things are worse than before. I have never been so disappointed in a local company. Subpar products and unreliable customer service. We have had nothing but problems since the high pressure sales person dropped off the face of the earth after signing us up. Have spent hundreds of dollars on external service providers trying to fix the multitude of issues. As a local business owner I take writing a review like this very seriously and am doing so as a last resort."

"Everyone at Carolina Office Systems has gone the extra mile to see that our copier needs were met at the best price. Customer service and the quality of their machinery is top-notch. We made the switch from the other guys, and never looked back."

"Very poor service and response times. They never have enough techs on staff, so it will take 1-3 days for them to fix your printer. We've had a lot of issues with them ordering parts that are in stock and one day away shipping ground, but they will take 2-4 days to get here. They do not keep major parts that we need all the time in stock at their local location. When you call the parts manager he never answers and rarely returns any calls. All this has been going on for years. When we purchased our newest machine, we were told it could do things that it can't. Overall unorganized and unreliable service company."
