"Received about half of the items I ordered on my sandwich. No cheese, lettuce, green pepper. Ordered sandwich toasted, not toasted. Spent 14 dollars on something I couldn't even eat. Worst subway I've been to in 30 years."
"Constantly out of over half their meats, and breads. I haven't gone to this store in months because they never had the ingredients for my sub. Tried again and it's the same story. It's been this way for nearly a year, how is this still a problem? Whoever is in charge of ordering the supplies for this store should choose a new career path."
"My order had been overlooked BUT the 2 ladies who were there jumped right in and began making it. It WAS A PRETTY BIG ORDER. They never complained it was AWESOME!!!!"
"Out of every bread except wheat, at dinner-rush time, because the assistant manager had a party to go to? Seriously? ...and to be rude and disrespectful on top of that--well, plenty of reason to go somewhere else. I've been to this location a few times in the last several months, and it seems to have just fallen off a cliff, quality-wise. Between the quality dropoff and the manager's blatant religiously-based disrespect, I won't be back, nor recommending it to anyone. Your faith does not give you any excuse to be rude to me."
"What happened to this place? A few months ago they were making vast improvements from previous management. The service was top notch, the food was great, and people there actually cared. I have stopped by 3 times in the past 10 days. One day I had to wait to give my order because an employees husband was there and it was time to be social. When he finally decided it was time to leave, then I was given attention and I had to repeat my order several times. By the way, it was not a complex order. It was a 12 inch meatball with extra cheese on the regular Italian bread and toasted. No worries, after 4 or 5 times of explaining it was done. It wasn't good, but it was done. On another occasion, the service was just awful. Nobody pays attention to the customer and they carry on very inappropriate conversations with foul language involved, even with my kid with me. Last night was the last straw. At around 7:30pm I went in to grab some dinner after a very long day. The doors were open and there was an employee just leaning against the counter. Another employee was outside. As I walk in, I am being yelled at "hey we're closed" No apologies, no reason why at 7:30pm Subway would be closed. I am not sure why they were closed, but I left and decided that I will not be back to this Subway. It has become common place in this area that all of the restaurants are awful because of the lack of quality employees. As I said before, there was a time when this Subway was showing a lot of improvement. They had a GM who cared about the brand and about the customers. It is clearly evident now, this is no longer the case. The best thing the Subway corporation could do is pull this franchise and shut the doors. I would not lose any sleep. There are other Subways, albeit, not as close as this one, but they are there. Sad, because Subway has always been a huge favorite of mine."
