"The service is getting worse here at this location… first two visits awesome… I have been here for almost an hour and nothing. Straight ignored. Two people went right before me and sat in the chair BEFORE me. Now im just sitting here confused… then asked “how can I help you?” Like what? I told them what I wanted and just told me to sit in the seat. No ran water, nothing… oh the ladies are almost done and I have yet to even get water ran.. then she hands the brochure over me to another lady that had walked in After I sat in the chair… It was not busy when I walked in so I am lost for words.. I do not recommend. Will be providing an update -I dont like how they try to rush me after I had to sit and wait . Basically ignored. This will be my last visit."
"Today is the second time in the last few weeks I’ve been to this salon, my first experience was great a young lady whom unfortunately I did not get her name took care of me, she was helpful, patient, and did a great job with both my nails and pedicure.. Today’s experience wasn’t so great! The woman that took care of me was unfriendly, unhelpful, I got dip powder with a small tip just to get a bit of length, which is what I got the last time. My nails were looking crooked and uneven and when I mentioned it she didn’t like it, she made them way to thick, they look like stumps and unnatural, left clumps of dry powder under my nails and even though I only got my color changed on my feet charged me more than I paid last time. When I mentioned it she became angry and agitated. There’s no consistency in service or pricing. I will not be using their services again! Very unhappy customer"
"This is my favorite nail salon in Savannah. The staff is always nice and excited to try creative designs for me and the retention us amazing. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon in the area."
"I came in 9/22/22 for a pedicure they were busy so I scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 10:00 I have literally sat here for an hour and a half before she started on my feet she started on taking the polish off after I sat for an hour and thirty minutes . She proceeded on another customer when she came through the door and stated she had an appointment she got her nails done meanwhile I’m still sitting in the chair waiting on them to run water in the bowl it’s now 11:42 the two people I came in with are done and I being rushed through my process. When the finally put water in the bowl I was not hot at all I had was very uncomfortable because she kept pushing the chair up to accommodate her needs and not mine. They usually do a great job I even have my family coming here because the service is usually great but I guess when it come to there black customers they get serviced after the older white lady because there appoint meant time matters more than the black people.she literally started on my feet at 11:45and here it is 12:09 and she completely rushed my pedicure and I guess I’m supposed to pay full price for a rushed job. This was not an enjoyable or relaxing experience. I’m never coming back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE."
"I never write reviews but this needed to be written. I enjoyed this place the first two times I went. Everything was clean, organized, and up to my standards for a nail salon. The massage was nice. The color selection is huge. The last time I went, I asked for my nails to be taken off before my trip. They insisted on leaving them on because they were still “fresh” after wearing them for almost a month. She proceeded to shave off the color I had to show how fresh my set was. I still asked for them off but they didn’t listen. After multiple attempts to tell them to take it off and to fix my nail that was broken, they basically gave me a new color and took off the broken nail with another nail forcefully. It was painful. Now my nails are damaged and some were split across my nail bed. The nails were pretty but 9/10, I will not go back to this nail salon."
