"I'm sad to report this, but the management of this Walgreens has let the store go. I'm sad to report it because I'm a neighbor and have been going to this place since it opened as an Eckerds, turned into a Rite Aid and then now a Walgreens. Under Rite Aid, it was among the most profitable in the region, according to a manager at the time. Now, many of its shelves are bare and the selection is limited to say the least. The last straw was this evening. I ran into a get a box of Cheerios. Underneath the box was a buy one-get-one-free tag. Great. I'll get two. The cashier rings up two ($12), and asks the manager to check. Minutes pass, and she (KiKi) says she didn't see the tag for Cheerios. I go back, and the tag had been removed. Now, I didn't take a picture or anything so it's my word against hers. And it's just a box of cereal. But it's the principle of the thing. You don't lie to customers. Even worse when those customers are regulars and neighbors."

"Placed an order yesterday for same day pickup photo prints. After about 4 hours I called to see when they would be ready so I can plan my day. The lady on the phone was rude and said she could not tell me when they would be ready and they’d be ready either later that day or tomorrow. I asked aren’t these same day pickup like the website says. Well she said she doesn’t know what the website says and that I’ll get an email when they are ready. Frustrating but oh well I can live with it. It’s the holidays everyone is busy. Until today when I get a call that they have to cancel the order and aren’t able to process. I’d try a different Walgreens if you have things to print or just want decent customer service."
