"Nobody understands you here , my nails are uneven and the lashes came right off when I got in the shower. The glue does not hold. I was told to come back for a refund and nothing was done. They do not listen here they just want to get you in and out. A lot of new people for no reason"

"Horrible experience!!!! Do not go here they do not have SET PRICES . They tried to charge me what I paid for a full set which was $60 and when I went back to get a fill in they tried to charge me $60 as well. They be trying to get over on people!!!! A full set and a fill in should not be the same price. I got the same thing I initially got no color change either!!!! No shape just French tip!!! Do better. And make a price list and stop trying to get over on people this happened on 09/03/2023.."

"I’m all my 20 years of getting pedicures.. I have NEVER had anyone spend so much time on scrubbing and removing callus from each foot. When I say “Baby Soft” - I mean infant baby soft! It explains why there prices are pricey. Granted I am 35 weeks pregnant, so me reaching down to moisturize is not happening- but I’m also not prone to dry calluses easily.. My feet feel like a baby’s! They take their time, they’re detailed, they’re perfectionists. This was my first time here today, and all I can say is WELL WORTH MY MONEY SPENT! From Cleanliness, customer service, clean instruments, detail to quality of nail and skin care . Thank you for actually making my 2 hour appointment so worthy it and my Goodness my feet have never looked and felt so healthy!"
