"I would have been a new client at this salon. I booked a haircut online several weeks ago, got confirmation via email. Unfortunately, the stylist I booked did not show for our appt, and her booth was dark. I couldn't find a phone number to reach the stylist and there's nobody else to check in with in regards to issues because each person runs an individual booth. I hope that the stylist is okay as I still have not heard from them. I'm sure they do good business here, but I had a horrible experience today and it was a total bummer. :("
