"My friend and I came into this store yesterday (5/17) and was immediately greeted by Chelsea. Her energy was amazing. She was extremely helpful. Chelsea let us know about all the items that were on sale and my friend and I really appreciated that. It’s important to have a store with employees who actually enjoy coming to work and helping customers especially through these hard times. She also assisted us with putting outfits together. "First time in this brand. The store was a hot mess. Staff was working in the store. That of not the problem. Between rude customers just throwing clothes around and the lack there of staff it was a mess. Staff can only do so much with two hands. There was not a clear organization of the different looks either. It was like entering my daughters closet. I was not impressed by any means."

"Since I wasn’t the primary shopper on this outing, I can only comment on what I observed. The staff seemed nice, and the dry goods seemed to be of good quality. There was a large amount of colors and designs. The seams were well sewn (we check seams on new clothes, it saves later issues) and no panel was sewn on a bias ... unless designed for such. My family seemed satisfied with the value for money."
